About the Job
As Tender Manager you will be part of the Solutions Execution Center where your main responsibilities will be to:
Participate to the development of project activity based on Schneider Electric Romania's strategy for markets and national or international clients in order to increase the number of clients, partner and the market share.
Analyze customers' requests, realize and adjust offer to these requests, prepare bid and associated documents.
Pilot together with sales engineers and project managers the technical, commercial, administrative, financial and legal aspects of the potential contract.
Contribute to the development and improvement of the offers portfolio through the quality of the offers made.
Be responsible for the quality of technical solutions, offers and produced documents and guarantee the quality of technical, administrative, financial, legal and commercial aspects of the offers.
Work in close collaboration with sales engineers and project managers in order to develop the most appropriate strategies to win and implement successful Schneider Electric solutions.
Technical University degree, Electrical Engineering qualification,
Solid technical knowledge,
Availability to work flexible hours,
3 years and more of previous experience in Electrical Design would be an advantage,
Solid knowledge of MS Office ; Excel is a must,
Able to work under pressure, to remain calm and not neglect the details,
Knowledge of CAD softwares ( Autocad , E-plan, etc ) would be an advantage,
Good client-facing communication skills ; good communication skills (written and verbal) in both Romanian and English,
Good level of organizational and time management skills,
Willing to travel, if needed, in Romania or abroad for a better knowledge of customer's needs.
