About the Job

1. Management
+ Set company objectives & strategies with management team.
+ Deploy company program align with global programming.
+ BR review KPIs monthly with Regional team.
+ Do CAPEX planning & optimize CAPEX.
+ People review & development plan.
+ Member of Board Of Change with RnD, BU.
+ Report Balance Score Card monthly.
+ Set KPIs for direct report.
+ Build IDP ( Individual Development Plan) & Competency review.
+ Do performance review twice a year.

2. Lead Engineers to carry out:
2.1 Lead Product Engineering Team of Engineers
+ Work as technical antenna: Provide product technical expertise to the factory.
+ SAP: BOM & Material master
+ New Product Costing
+ OCP new product deployment & Transfer Products: Work with BU project manager, RnD, logistic team to deploy new products in factory. Lead internal team and monitor stakeholder's deliverables/ project deliverables. Stage gate review with
Project Steering Committee.
+ Find & Qualifying new suppliers.
+ LEAN at supplier Program.
2.2 Product Design Productivity (PDP or QVE):
+ Collaborate with Regional team to deploy QVE program.
+ Study & Initiate product design change to save cost.
+ Challenge RnD on product design & convince Front Office to approve improvement design thru Board Of Change committee.
+ Lead cross functional team to implement the change.
2.3 Localization productivity
+ In charge of qualification plan for part/product include packaging, metal parts, plastic parts.
+ Work with RnD to align qualification plan.
+ Qualify part/product from new sources
2.4 Support production
+ RCA & Actions of daily issues regarding to MDR, OPQ, OTD: With QA to work out RCA and talk with Customer to overcome
quality issue.
+ Manage Corim (Tooling management software) & Tooling maintenance/ new tool development: Define tooling lifespan &
replacement plan. Support suppliers to correct tools. Tooling capacity analysis and duplicate tooling.
5 Lead BPE in 2014 and train Green Belt.
-Organize BPE workshop twice a year to identify improvement opportunities.
- Mentor Greenbelt & kaizen leaders to carry out improvement projects.
-Review with BPE regional monthly to track, close projects. Identify potential engineers to join Six sigma program training.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Job Related Experience: Minimum 8 years' working experience in the field of quality function in Electronics/Electrical manufacturing.
Business Understanding: Manufacturing, Supplier management, Process , Customer management, Product structure
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): Circuit breaker product knowledge, Product Evolution Process, Basic Tooling skills, IEC Standard, Engineering drawing(ISO8015),
