Commercial Operations Manager Role & Responsibilities Commercial Operations 1 Perform Gross Margin analysis, discount control and pricing offer proposal on opportunities to ensure project profitability at a right pricing strategy 2 Costing and quote submission review including approval monitoring 3 As window contact/escalation point between country with Order Management & Global Supply Chain for daily orders/backlog shipment issue resolution 4 Manage monthly Order Demand Planning (ODP) process and handshake with regional Lead 5 IT Division Annual Market Review ountry Lead 6 Assist Business Development in driving growth initiatives and necessary reporting 7 Drive BFO / CRM Data quality maintenance and accuracy 8 Work with Business Vice President, Business Development, Regional Sales Ops and Country stakeholders for annual Revenue Target setting 9 Quarterly Revenue Target Computation, validation and payout arrangement and coordination 10 Monthly Orders & Revenue Forecast Management. Including order booking monitoring, issue resolution, escalation and month end closing monitoring to ensure target is met 11 Liaise with Finance Business Partner in Rolling Revenue & Order Forecast Submission 12 Support RITE/Light Rite process as and when necessary 13 Manage annual/bi-annual JPAA pricelist review - Liaison with Global Pricing team for pricing adjustment; Lead country pricing review discussion and approval process Reporting 1 Consolidate MBR and QBR slides 2 Prepare QBR supporting reports to Finance 3 Prepare weekly backlog/open orders reports and forecast 4 Monitor channel revenue reporting 5 Weekly backlog review & cadence report 6 Any other ad-hoc reports preparation as and when requested by Management Continual Improvement (CI) 1 Perform internal audit for ISO9001:2015_both ITD and cross BU support 2 Process Owner for Key Indicator Control Sales 3 To lead continual improvement plan for IT Division, eg. :- a) Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Representative for ITD b) Process Owner of Business Support Management SOP for ISO9001:2015 4 Monitoring Indonesia Aging Stock salvage process 5 Lead internal process improvement wherever possible: Scruitinizing operational process efficiency, Total GM improvement

Qualifications
Qualifications:

1. Minimum bachelor degree, major : Finance, Business or Engineering
2. Minimum experience:3-5 years experience
3. Fluent in English (verbal and writing)
4. Job Experience: Preferable in IT, Electrical, Energy segment
5. Able to operate Microsoft office, SAP/Oracle and / or ERP system
