About the Job

Business Goal (mission)
Provide technical support to the field sales force by bringing specific product and application knowledge in order to help understand customer design, configurate & put Schneider products in the customer specifications, convert an existing specification and close a deal.
● Act as the technical interface between sales and sales support, LoB and customers in line with the regional business strategy
● Assist sales with a higher level of expertise in front of selected customers
● Provide customers and sales people application support and technical advice during pre-sales and after sales discussions Ensure the availability and update of documents and tools for the countries
● Participate on selected prescription actions in the countries including material preparation
● Contribute to offer homologations & vendor list inclusion to launch the offer into the market successfully
● Provide technical advices, competitive solutions and clarification for the tendering activities of the sales and tendering team to support them to achieve sales targets
● Prepare training course and give professional presentations or demos to customers and sales people to ensure a broad product knowledge coverage and to promote the expertise of Schneider
● Communicate market feedback about trends, competitors and requirements to LoB in order to make appropriate changes in product design
● Identify business development opportunities by analysing market trends an competitive information
● Animate the sales people by leverage technical knowledge and ability to reach target
● Share best practice and success stories within the world wide PAE community
● Mentor PAE juniors in the country or region in order to grow their expertise and skills

● Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering background or higher.
Functional skills
● Experiences in Electrical Industry
● Deep technical understanding around products and applications specially on protection relays
● Marketing & Commercial basics Experience in working with customers, sales and sales
● Knowledge and exposure to Digital Substation solutions

Critical experience
● More than 5 years experience in technical Sales or sales support, Service, Commissioning or Engineering
● Experience of regional requirements, cultures and business practices
● Very good knowledge of Schneider organization and processes
