Program Description:
8-12 month professional development program housed in the Schneider Electric Contact Centers in West Kingston, RI and Costa Mesa, CA locations. This includes technical product, customer interaction and sales execution training. Sales Consultants working within this program will interact with customers over the phone to research, design and recommend Schneider Electric solutions.
We prefer Business or Selling majors for this program. Consultants will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth and market share of Schneider Electric's products and services in North America. This will require an understanding of system availability concepts and Schneider Electric's solutions for providing uptime. ISRs are required to interpret policies and make business decisions under pressure, based on customer and company needs to meet aggressive deadlines with minimal supervision.

Qualifications
Relevant Work Experience/Academic Preparation:
Bachelor's Degree required in Business Management, Business Administration, Selling & Sales Management, Selling & Marketing, Marketing, (All business majors (some Liberal Arts majors) with a Sales Interest).
