Area of Responsibility
Execution of 2929 requests for existing Country, Corporate and associated brands websites and extranet portals worldwide, following Service Level Agreement (SLA) agreed with businesses and countries.
Build and maintain good relation with requesters via efficient communication and broad support around ticket execution.
Fulfilling the tasks appointed for W3C in Web Project Deployment Process in timely manner and with high quality standards.
Develop high technical expertise for all the web applications in use to be able to execute rich, complex and specific business and country requests.
Boost Web Execution Index via quality improvement actions using Crownpeak ActiveStandards Tool.
Support users of 2929 ticketing system including Web updates, Pull projects, Process training etc.
Post Graduate in IT (MCA)
Good verbal & non-verbal communication skills
Analytical approach to problem solving
Over all 1 - 2 years of experience in Web Technologies.
