In this role you will provide assigned customers with technical expertise on Invensys systems, equipment and instruments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain, repair and configure systems, software and equipment.
Provide customer with installation and start up assistance.
Provide operational training on Invensys systems and products.
Perform administrative duties related to service calls.
Provide technical expertise on Invensys's systems and products.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Troubleshoots problems on customer systems requiring a high level of technical expertise.
Isolate problems and determines if Invensys systems, equipment and instruments are at fault.
Analyze and apply technical expertise in correcting problems and repairs as necessary if problem relates to Invensys equipment, software and applications.
Offers assistance and consultation services for client concerns not related to Invensys equipment, software and applications.
Carries out preventive maintenance work on assigned client service agreements.
Advises customer on site preparation and system architecture; offering alternatives and/or solutions prior to installation.
Supervises systems installation.
Performs systems start up operations.
Assists customers in the commissioning of complex processes.
Modifies complex control scheme configurations and updates relevant documentation.
Performs tuning operations on process loops.
Assists with planning and coordination of site specific training sessions for customer.
Assists client personnel in the operation and maintenance of equipment and systems.
Assists technical sales representatives in product and equipment set ups, demonstrations and presentations.
Instructs and assists less experienced personnel in resolving complex problems and correcting faults.
Provides 24 hr on-call service when assigned on call duties.
Repairs, configures, calibrates, stages and troubleshoots Invensys systems, software and applications as required on in house systems.
Provided data to support client billing and assists with prepares customer billing data as per procedures.
Reports and plans activities, times, materials and expenses in accordance with requirements.
Performs any other related duties as required.

Qualifications
