About the Job
- Support order booking and administration via SAP - Core role
- To support customers and the sales team with order processing, general queries, stock levels, credit information, logistics and basic product information with the objective of continuous improvement and maximizing customer's satisfaction.
- Answer and record calls and problems reported.
- Track & manage request until case is closed.(on line or off-line) in order to ensure a quick response to customers' request.
- All order processing, amendments, tracking and expediting for all products.
- Process RMA, Credit and Debit notes.
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering or any business related course.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Rosario,Cavite.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduate with OJT in Customer Service or Shared Services experience are welcome.
- Knowledge in SAP system preferred (not required)
