1ph - Inside Service Sales Representative (North America Operations)

Essential Functions:
Analyze, qualify and manage bFS Opportunity Pipeline
Lead preparation, distribution and management
Quote, follow-up and close service offers
Coordinate with all SE teams if needed to satisfy service opportunities
Promote service offers through customer education
Develop and maintain customer relationship
Respond on-time and on-quality to on-demand requests from customers
Increase NAM 1Ph Renewal and Capture Rate service revenue
Attend sales and cadence calls and meeting with NAM counterparts
Other duties assigned

Qualifications
Education and Experience:

Must possess a Bachelor's degree in any field
1-3 years working experience on related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills in MS Office programs
Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM is an advantage
Strong skills in problem solving, time management and multi-tasking
Experience in Customer Relations and Sales function preferable
Experience in process management function preferable
Technical experience is an advantage
Proven ability to perform proactively on own initiative, as well as in a team environment
Ability to organize tasks efficiently towards achieving specified goals, able to define and prioritize specific goals and objectives
