Schneider Electric is in search for Event & Hospitality Coordinator. This position is responsible for supporting logistics and operations for proprietary customer events, hospitality and sponsorship programs. The ideal candidate will exhibit an approachable and flexible attitude with the ability to remain high-energy and positive in a constantly evolving and collaborative environment. Candidates must possess creative problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and strong focus on customer service.

What do you get to do in this position?
• Manage event logistics including but not limited to registration, event mobile app, catering, services, hotel room blocks
• Interface with agencies, venues and suppliers
• Track expenses, pay invoices and manage financial reconciliations
• Assist with ticketing management software tool and fulfil ticketing requests: manage the request, fulfillment and distribution of tickets using multiple distribution methods and software
• Support data analytics and results reporting

• Identify best practices and integrate into planning process

Qualifications

This job might be for you if you have:
· 2-3 years related experience in hospitality or event management.
· Superior project management skills: organized, proactive, independent and deadline-driven
· Comfortable learning new digital tools and technologies
· Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects at various stages simultaneously
· Experience managing day-to-day relationships with clients, venues and vendors
· Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
· Works well in a team-oriented environment
· Willingness to be available during non-business hours
This position will report the Events Director and be based in Mexico City, Mexico.
