What do you get to do in this position?
· Interface with channel managers to help create and deploy their digital channel management strategy. Serve as trusted advisor to Schneider Electric channel leaders, advising on how we can leverage digital to support our channel partners in promoting and selling Schneider Electric solutions, as well as expand our coverage
· Project manage the roll out of partner programs, tools and infrastructure that support and enable the day to day digital initiatives within Schneider Electric's channel programs (e.g. OEMs, Contractors, Specifiers, System Integrators, Panel Builders, Distributors, etc.)
· Own the digital customer experience for specified PRM (partner relationship management) channel portals in alignment with digital channel management strategy
· Work with internal teams to create channel specific content, programs and tools
· Coordinate with marketing managers to attract and retain portal partners
· Conduct voice of customer research and identify areas for improvement
· Work across functions and lines of business to ensure a world-class partner learning experience
· Manage monthly update meetings with channel managers and marketing managers
· Develop success metrics and measure performance and progress towards digital channel strategy goals

· Have a bachelors degree and 3+ years experience in marketing or program/project management
· Are highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated and resourceful
· Are able to work independently
· Have excellent teamwork, interpersonal and relationship management skills
· Bring a strategic and analytical approach
· Enjoy customer facing programs and designing based on personas
