About the Job

1- Business responsibility
- Drive and develop Sales/revenue of the Partners to increase Schneider Electric market share
- Assess and platform existing Partners. Evolve existing & recruit new Partner members to address the IT Division Strategic Initiatives
- Drive and implement the right Commercial policy and blueprint for the targeted countries
- Define contractual terms and ensure Channel clusters are elaborating every year an annual business plan with their partners in line with the country sale plan
- Define and manage professional business relationships with key personnel in top partner accounts of the zone
- Build a networking community within the industry to enlarge IT Division ecosystem
- Define and lead the monthly/quarterly reports of the zone. Establish the necessary supporting systems and tools to ensure accuracy of data, including areas of improvement to better forecast accuracy

Experience Required:
Experience with required education 8 - 10 years of related experience
International working experience in IT Channel and preferably management experience across countries of the region
Working experience within multinational ICT companies/ Channel
Management of channel business & teams
Problem solving ability

Knowledge and Skills Required:
Computer: computer literate
Physical: Good physical condition to support travel in the region
Language: Spoken and written fluency in English and local language
Mental: Strong mental stability, PDCA mentality
Ability to work in cross-functional team environments
Driven, highly motivated and passionate about sales
Excellent written and verbal skills, including: listening, high level negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent teamwork skills, influencing the team to follow his guidance
Operational excellence in business planning, forecasting
