About the Job

We Schneider Electric Indonesia as the Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation is now seeking for a Channel Sales in Network Connectivity & Cable Management System. You would be part of 4500 Schneider Electric Indonesia employee who will deliver Schneider EcoStruxure Solutions to End Markets. The Channel Sales would be a key person who would drive the Schneider Network Connectivity & Cable Management System business in Indonesia, approach customers such as End User, IT System Integrator & Installer, as well as IT & M&E specifiers.

A Successful Channel Salesperson will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop new customer relationships and business opportunities as well as maintain good relationship with existing customers.
  • Aggressively penetrate Schneider Targeted Segment for Network Connectivity (Data Center, Finance, & Building).
  • Grow Network Connectivity & Cable Management system business through project and retail.
  • Surround project specifications thru effective communication with team members, system integrators, and other specifying or end user influencers.
  • Manage Schneider EcoXperts (System Integrator) related Data Center and Network Connectivity Solution.


Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent technical background
  • 2+ years work experience in Sales or Marketing.
  • Capable of consultative selling with skills and ambition to create and close orders
  • Technical knowledge of Network Connectivity & Cable Management will be an advantage.
  • Have a good customer networking particularly in Data Center & Building segment.
  • Interest and ability to work in a team environment
  • Outstanding organization and time management skills
  • Competent interpersonal and presentation skills - at all levels of an organization
