The Inside Sales GM role will lead a dynamic team of Inside Sales BDMs to drive sales growth across a diverse array of Schneider Electric portfolios. You will have every opportunity to play to your strengths with your strong track record of sales leadership, business management and commercial acumen. You are an inspirational people leader and understand how to drive high performance and engagement and will have the organizational nous to manage various stakeholders and partners in a complex environment.
You understand how to motivate a solutions sales teams and drive for results. Your sales leadership is complimented by your leadership EQ and a growth mindset. You value flexibility and diversity and are a thought leader on innovation.
This is an enterprise sales leadership role, so you must bring a strong level of expertise in people leadership, technical sales & marketing, strategic thinking & planning, problem solving, forecasting & budgeting and risk management.

You will partner and influence with Sales Directors, channel managers and VPs to identify market segments and accounts that we can amplify sales growth by the Insight Sales
- You will Develop Business Plans, strategy and reporting cadence with Senior Stakeholders
- You have a passion for People Leadership and know how to drive and motivate high performance of sales people to achievement of sales targets
- You will have experience in account management and driving campaign activities across segments and channels
- You and the team will work with Marketing to streamline sales-marketing integration and establish best practice
- You understand the importance of sales discipline and adherence to CRM
- You will coach and inspire your team to identify their individual goals for the team and provide support them in achieving their best
- You will bring knowledge on develop metrics, dashboards and analytics to coach and guide individual team members to high performance
- You are Digital Leader - innovating new ways of working, incubating and scaling the successes
- You know how to create a culture of inclusion and meaning

You have a history of success in delivering sales results and driving and motivating Inside Sales teams. You understand how to be successful and deliver successful outcomes in a complex environment.
