About the Job

  • Assist in providing administrative support to office staff
  • Coordinate with IT and HR Service team for new staff onboarding, offboarding support (include computer and mobile)
  • Manage staff lockers, stationeries and name cards
  • Liaise with vendor to support Visa application
  • Business trip coordination and arrangement
  • Prepare purchasing order on invoices and following up the payment
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

  • Diploma holder in any discipline preferably in Business Administration or Management
  • At least 3-5 years of Administrative and coordination experience
  • Willing to take on challenges on multi-tasks
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment
