About the Job

  • Manage new product portfolio to drive its business growth through professional 4P and Product Life Cycle management.
  • Schneider new offer launch management and related task fulfilment with project management, regional offer management, marketing team, commercial team, and regions.
  • Develop good launch plan and sales enablement content in marketing our product value proposition and selling points to incentive Sales/Customers' engagement.
  • Engage with Product Marketing to develop best-in-class Digital sales tools, making it easier for our customers to learn, choose and use our products.
  • ODM vendor management and coordination for Value offer development; regularly interact with external and internal teams on site through trade-off decisions, project objectives setting, and project review.
  • Offer operation in supply and demand, inventory monitoring, engineering and project management coordination, logistic, quality, and related system set up.

  • Study needs from region and customers, market trend 、 competitor dynamics 、 technology feasibility 、 and value proposition to convert into product conceptualization, product requirements, and accurate offer development plan.
  • Deliver monthly analysis of product performance and market competition for the necessary actions.
  • Manage global offer quality to increase customer satisfaction


Qualifications
EDUCATION - MINIMUN REQUIRED LEVEL:
- BS or equivalent degree in EE related or Business Management field is required.

EXPERIENCE - MINIMUM REQUIRED:
- 2 + years experience in IT, Industrial, Electrical, Secure Power, or other related industries.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS - REQUIRED:
- Excellent Chinese and English skill in written and oral communication.
- Leadership, financially savvy, technically competent.
- Knowledge of power availability/protection products ideal.
- Demonstrated excellence in analytic, strategic and critical thinking thorough understanding and interest in the IT industry process orientation.
- Skilled at influencing without authority.
- Being able to "think out of the box" when appropriate systems thinking with outstanding collaborative skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to focus on customer satisfaction
- Provide quality and timely solutions to build teams to being collaborative while maintaining profitability and/or inroads to strategic segments of the market.
