To help Schneider Electric transformation and improve the digital offers deployment and scalability. Digital Offers operate and must financially comply differently than Schneider traditional business. This position will be key to help Business Units and Countries understanding all the financial impact of digital.
Deliver the conduit between digital offer ideation and commercialization for finance processes. Follow the finance launch criteria checklists for a digital offer to ensure each offer is compliant before being launched on the market. Specifically, to ensure that there is identifiable value creation, fiduciary control for offer launch, ensuring compliance with tax, IP, risk, cost and income management, as well as guide each new Schneider digital offer into the new digital legal entity processes.
Guide business units and operations on the finance requirements for digital offers ensuring scalability, speed to market, ease to operate and ease to measure.
· Master/Bachelor of Business or Finance or Engineering
Job Related Experience:
· Significant experience & success in a Finance role. Experience and success in people, change and process improvement management. Experience in digital business
· E xcellent knowledge of internal SE and external business and reporting standards and processes
· Understanding of the relevant industries; People Leadership, Financial (P&L) Management, Strategic Thinking & Planning, Forecasting & Budgeting, Risk Management, Business Systems, Continuous Improvement & Quality
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):
