Schneider Electric is looking for a bright and confident person to ensure the smooth running of the sales office based in Riga.
As the HEAD OF OFFICE ADMINISTRATION, you will be the face of our operation to our customers and go-to person for our employees. You are service-oriented, have several years of professional office management experience and are motivated to run the office like you own it.
Your daily responsibilities:

  • Organise, structure and lead office administration
  • Support and assist to Baltic HR Business Partner and Sales team and marketing and assist in the coordination of visits and events.
  • Provide Finance teams with administrative support
  • Ensure that administrative procedures are up to date
  • Ensure compliance of Health and Safety regulations in the Office
  • Act as the main contact for Schneider Electric Latvia team in legal and IT affairs
  • Coordinate internal and external communication activities
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and employees
  • Manage purchase and ordering of office supplies and services
  • Act as the main contact for business travel provider

To succeed in this role, you need:

  • Degree in Business Administration, HR or Economics
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience as HR specialist would be a benefit
  • Fluent English and Latvian, Russian is an advantage
  • Experience in HR administration
  • Exceptional communication and customer focus
  • Ability to lead projects and act as an owner
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, printers & networks
