What do you get to do in this position?

S/he manages the Collaborative Sales Forecasting (CSF) process for all North American Engineered to Order (ETO) product lines. S/he organizes and leads the monthly collaboration meetings which involve commercial forecasters, offer marketing, field channel support, finance, and global supply chain in order to develop validated demand plans aligning statistical forecast, market segment forecasts, opportunities pipeline, and production backlog. S/he creates an updated revenue forecast by product that will serve as the baseline for monthly collaboration meetings. S/he provides data analysis on a regular basis, creates baseline forecasts and updates the forecasts accordingly. S/he is responsible for controlling the demand and the supply match while adapting to changing industrial capabilities and market conditions.

This job might be for you if:

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management and three years of work experience in supply chain using ERP systems such as SAP. Preferred work experience includes participation in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and developing data analysis tools in Excel, Access, Visual Basic, SQL, and dashboard software such as Tableau .
