Your Mission:
This is a dual role accountable for:
Winning large and critical BMS projects & Managing a World Class Engineering Team from developing and submitting tenders to working with our Project Managers to ensure they are provided with an effective and efficient Engineering team and associated solutions. Both elements include detailed scopes, value engineering solutions, technical solutions, compliance with customer requirements, and compliance with internal process. Production of customer proposals, incorporating necessary pricing, scope clarifcation, qualifications & exclusions in partnership with other opportunity leader and tender manager. Development and Growth of the Engineering teams, deploying standards and best practice associated with all Project Design and Engineering documentation and Software through to final Operating and Maintrenance Manuals. Control and direction of post order design to installation, commissioning phase of a project attaining optimum profitability through design changes.

About you:
Application Engineering experience within the Building Controls Projects environment of an Application Centre
Experience in a commercial bidding and customer facing environment
Higher qualification within Engineering Discipline
Experience managing engineering team within Building Controls environment
