What is the role?
Based in Auckland , we are now actively recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for our Home & Distribution business. Success in the role will require:
- You to lead, develop and coach the sales team enabling them to meet the evolving needs of the organisation and market; Implementation of sound sales strategies to grow current key accounts and partners as well as develop new segments; Input to develop & execute upon an effective, well managed national sales plan; The provision of accurate and timely market intelligence to management on a broad range of subjects including; trends, competitor activity and pricing; Development and driving of continuous improvement strategies that deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a proven track record of providing excellent customer service; Will have a demonstrable sales management experience with a focus on nurturing and developing high performance; Ideally will be tertiary qualified in an electrical discipline and business Will possess highly developed relationship building skills; Ideally you will have knowledge of the NZ electrical market and the key stakeholders within the market; Strong business acumen.
