Regional Manager, Facilities:

This position has regional responsibility for Schneider Electric facilities and equipment in Rojo Gomez, CDMX manufacturing facilities and the Polanco and Victoria SE Services buildings. Schedules, supervises and assists employees and outside contractors in performance of all aspects of the facility maintenance. Ensures facility and equipment compliance with all local, state, and federal codes and regulations. Schedules and supervises all in-house functions required to maintain the physical facility, grounds, and equipment. Contracts, directs and supervises outside contractors in performance of maintenance of physical facility, grounds and equipment. Ensures compliance with all local, state and federal codes/regulations as applicable to the physical facility, grounds and equipment and their maintenance. Plans, selects and installs physical facilities, equipment and grounds improvement. Provides long range planning, budgets, controls and capital expenditure planning. Provides regularly scheduled training to selected personnel in the areas of energy efficiency, environmental and security. Directs preventative maintenance programs for the facility, facility support equipment, grounds and production system



Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required with 5-7 years of experience in facilities management. Advance English lenguage, Must have experience in energy savings, building automation systems, security, HVAC, lighting systems and enterprise wide asset management. Six Sigma Black Belt preferred. Travel required between sites in Mexico City. Candidate must be an effective communicator who is self motivated and drives team work. Must be willing to relocate for future growth and development purposes.
