About the Job

  • Manage the marketing mix of the offer for Retail & EcoBuilding offer
  • Manage new offer launches or boosting plans in the country and the local certification
  • Define offer price positioning. Hold responsibility and control on pricing and profitability for his offers.
  • Define and execute offer marketing plan. Propose offer growth initiative. Contribute to define and implement all necessary action plans to boost the offers
  • Translate / localize launch packages. Provide support to sell : catalogues, sales argue, promotion, event, tools with the marcom team…
  • Train (Technical) Sales Force & Customers
  • Follow orders/sales & actions plans results, do analysis, define and implement reactivity actions
  • Collect market / offer data: competitive position, market share,
  • Submit order intake & sales forecasts for the offer
  • Contribute to the specifications of new products giving inputs to BU's
  • Define jointly with Business Unit the strategy and action plan for his region perimeter
  • Lead and pilot yearly Marketing Plan
  • Lead 3Y Marketing Plan
  • Coordinate with Commercial team Action plan execution

Key requirements
  • Minimum experience 5-8 years
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business school
  • Advanced Marketing knowledge
  • Strong experience in France/Africa markets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, Spanish
  • Ability to analyze results and trends and adapt strategies in an environment with continuous market change.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, Excel & PPT
  • Passionate about on-going learning as it pertains to marketing and customers, and ability to apply that Learning
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Team Player and collaborator across functions
  • Capability to work as a part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • High degree of initiative and pro-active approach
