The Client Data Technology team, supporting the Onboarding/Customer Reference system for Wells Fargo Securities (WFS), is part of the broader team within Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT).  We are currently seeking an Apps Systems Engineer 5 - Microservices developer to join our team to support the strategic vision of the platform.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designs and develops data services consistent with Microservices architecture, Solace messaging, and dynamic NDM file generation technologies.
  • Provides coding direction with regard to Salesforce integration with SKUID and SFDC restful API.
  • Extending client onboarding systems integration with .net and Salesforce-based technologies, and implementing synchronous/asynchronous services in the Microservices architectural style.
  • Acts as a lead in providing application design guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools and existing designs.
  • Analyzes highly complex business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications to design or redesign complex computer platforms and applications.
  • Provides coding direction to less experienced staff or develops highly complex original code.
  • Acts as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts.
  • Verifies program logic by overseeing the preparation of test data, testing and debugging of programs.
  • Oversees overall systems testing and the migration of platforms and applications to production.
  • Develops new documentation, departmental technical procedures and user guides. Leads projects, allocates and manages resources and manages the work of less experienced staff.
  • Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversees creation of or updates to and testing of the business continuation plan.


Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of application development and implementation experience
  • 7+ years of C#.NET experience
  • 7+ years of Web Services experience
  • 1+ year of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) programming experience



Desired Qualifications

  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology
  • Ability to translate business needs into complex analysis, designs and recommendations. Uses analysis to identify and define business requirements, while supporting the validity of the final product.
  • Experience troubleshooting environments across the entire architecture (i.e. applications to infrastructure)
  • Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
  • Network Data Mover (NDM) experience



Other Desired Qualifications
  • 1+ years of Microservices implementation experience.
