Enterprise Finance drives financial management for the company and maintains and enhances risk and financial controls. Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, team members, and leaders of the company’s financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. They also maintain and enhance risk and financial controls and lead many of the company’s shared services functions including corporate properties, security, and global services.
The Building Systems Group (BSG) of Corporate Properties Group (CPG) is seeking a Business Initiatives Consultant 2 to help support building technology lifecycle processes and service delivery across all property types globally managed by CPG. The position will work closely with facility engineering groups to aid in delivery of compliant building technology systems including modern-day control systems (HVAC, lighting, irrigation, etc.), as well as interface with Information Technology to support governance and compliance efforts related to cybersecurity of building technologies and provide subject matter expertise to facility and technology project teams.
Areas of responsibility include BSG Technology process development, construction and up-fit project reviews, Wells Fargo internal process coordination and participation, building operational technology target operating model tasks and technology governance and oversight. In addition, the role will frequently interface with representatives from corporate technology, corporate risk and international lines of business to ensure all system of record elements are held in full policy compliance. The position participates in the research of new technologies for general fit and compliance to corporate needs. Due to the global footprint of Wells Fargo facilities, outside of standard business hour meetings and calls are required from time-to-time.
Other Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years in Industrial Control design and installation
- Niagara 4 certified
- Proven command/knowledge of building automation systems to include: HVAC, Electrical Power Monitoring Systems, Fire Detection and Suppression
