This is an exciting time to join our organization as we build out our Business Intelligence/Data Analytics capabilities. You'll be part of a multimillion dollar investment for the future. You'll work with internal stakeholders to analyze complex business challenges and leverage information and data analytics and visualization to help stakeholders understand and make good business decisions that are informed by the insights cleaned from the information. You will work with stakeholders to identify specifications for data reporting and analysis needs. You may also lead cross functional teams working on solutoins to address business issues. You may participate in consultation to users and lead cross functional teams to address business issues. Prototypes solutions for displaying information based on business needs.
Knowledge: Uses professional concepts; applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
Job Complexity: Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Coordinates work prioritized by senior BI analysts. Builds stable working relationships internally.
Supervision: Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet modeling. Experience with BI tools, and basic understanding of developing queries and procedures in SQL, SAS, BI Tools or other analysis.
