Department Overview
The TCOO department holds the Program Management Office Center of Excellence (PMO COE) and part of the Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) business that is focused on their partners, team member’s projects execution excellence. The team collaborates and engages from the beginning, through the execution and closure of the project lifecycle. They share the responsibility of delivery project and process change for the EIT team.
 
About the Role
This position entails playing a role of an internal consultant while being a focal point within technology and business for all tool support requests and prioritization. Responsibilities include, Prepare proposal/functional specs for process improvement opportunities and new business problems, analyze data to build & enhance Data Quality, Reporting and Metrics for internal and external stakeholders and identify process improvement opportunities in process/data.
 
Responsibilities
 

  • Responsible for analyzing, moderate to complex business problems/scenarios
  • Prepare specification(s) documentation for system changes
  • Responsible for creating data analytics, metrics & reporting dashboards using industry standard practices is desirable
  • Acts as an internal consultant while being a focal point within technology and business for all tool support requests and prioritization
  • Identify process definition/improvement areas using data patterns to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies
  • Provides technical solutions in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements
  • Educate the appropriate partners and stakeholders; Facilitate partner meetings
  • Responsible for data aggregation and metrics to support executive reporting.
 
Essential Qualifications
 
  • University degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with MS Excel and Projects while understanding consolidations of effort and timeline based estimates
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English and at least one regional language.
 
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior hands-on experience in report design and implementation using BI / BI-related tools like Tableau, Power BI or similar


Market Skills and Certifications

  • 8-10 years of overall IT experience of which 4+ years in business systems analysis and/or design experience, report design & implementation or a combination of both.
  • Experience in analyzing moderate to complex business problems/scenarios to be solved with automated systems and solutions.
  • Prepare specification(s) documentation for system changes.
  • Design experience in creating data analytics, metrics & reporting dashboards using industry standard practices is desirable.
