Provides direct and indirect patient care activities under the direction of an RN. Assists patients with activities or daily living, provides for personal care, comfort and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for patients.
Education: High School graduate or equivalent or curent High School Student who is 17 years of age or older. Current Certified Nursing Assistant or equivalent military training. Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within three (3) months of hire.
Certifications: Current Arkansas certification for nursing assistants or completed one clinical semester in an accredited RN program. Current Basic Life Support certification.
Other: Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Basic computer knowledge.
Preferred Experience: One year nursing aide experience.
