Associate Degree

The IT Trainer provides high quality adult education for Bayhealth applications to a wide variety of learners. The position is integral to staff on-boarding and development. The IT Trainer is required to collaborate with operations in order to develop curriculum that meets the workflow requirements of the various departments. An essential part of the IT Trainer role is to provide hands on education to enhance the learners understanding of applicable application systems.

Associates Degree

Bachelor's Degree

Experience:

1 year in an Adult Education, Training or Development role

4 years of experience in an Adult Education, Training or Development role

Computer/Software Knowledge:

Proficiency in MS Office

Epic, Captivate

Licensure/Certification

Certification and/or training attributable to the application being supported within 6 months of hire, when available

Relevant clinical licensure such as RN, PharmD

Special Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:

  • Ability to design/develop/implement comprehensive communication plan.
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management and/or employees.
  • Ability to assist with the identification of new workflow processes and the development of policies and procedures to support these processes.
  • Ability to plan and implement broad based training and develop programs that affect multiple departments and constituencies.
  • Ability to monitor and track highly detailed and multiple complex projects
  • Strong technical writing skills and willingness to adequately document all work performed
  • Ability to analyze trends, help create, develop and maintain performance goals and regularly report results and outcomes to management team as required.
  • Ability to document policies, procedures and new processes
  • Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
