Corporate Risk helps all Wells Fargo businesses identify and manage risk. The team focuses on several key risk types, including conduct, credit, financial crimes, information security, interest rate, liquidity, market, model, operational, regulatory compliance, reputation, strategic, and technology risk.
The group provides leadership, enhances communications, assists with problem identification and solutions, and shares best practices. In addition, the group provides an enterprise-wide view of risk, assists management and our Board of Directors in identifying and monitoring risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and takes appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.
This Policy Governance & Oversight Consultant (ORC5) will report directly to the Policy Manager and upward to the Head of Governance and Oversight. The ORC5 will serve as the go-to lead for policy development, implementation, and alignment throughout Operational Risk. A senior-level, individual contributor, this ORC5 will also serve as a lead working on a team responsible for developing, updating, managing and overseeing operational risk policies. The ORC5 will work directly with the Policy Manager across the enterprise to own, maintain and manage policy governance.

- Experience developing corrective action plans
- Ability to grasp big-picture concepts and distill down to the appropriate amount of detail based on the audience
