The ServiceNow Customer Service Management developer must prove their demonstrated knowledge and experience with the ServiceNow platform, ServiceNow CSM development skills and other technical skills to satisfy the role.

Responsibilities:

· Must align with the Architects/Technical Design Team on the project responsible for corresponding technical designs to ensure design is supported

  • Understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes, and build this into the design
  • Develop technical solutions, implements, and performs the component integration tests
  • Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of ServiceNow CSM and custom applications
  • Understand the large scale thinking and approach needed for success of the project
  • Able to work in a high-energy/paced environment.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with "ServiceNow" implementations
  • Strong knowledge, understanding and experience of application of the Customer Service Management suite within the ServiceNow platform
  • Strong experience in developing and working with custom and scoped applications in a ServiceNow atmosphere
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the ServiceNow platform and major suites/modules
  • Strong experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all
  • scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system
  • Strong experience in Service Portal development.
  • Develop across the platform of web technologies such as: JavaScript, AngularJS JQuery, CSS, HTML, Jelly.
  • Demonstrated experience with integrating/merging platforms and systems in various web services with both REST and SOAP
  • Must have the knowledge of the most up-to-date versions and modules
  • ServiceNow experience developing of at least 4 years
  • Great interpersonal and external communication skills
  • Must be open to contract work.

Certifications preferred:

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist: Customer Service Management
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
