About the Job
-Act as the assistant to provide all support to VP/Director (Trading, Planning and Logistics), including time & calendar management, conferences scheduling and arrangement, business travel support, visitor management etc.
-Administrative support to department, including snacks and stationary purchasing, expense statements and invoices reviewing, processing and checking.
-Support purchasing and contract management of all department purchasing. Support to issue purchasing requirements, purchasing order, track payment and translate contracts etc.
-Support to internal activity organization to build team spirit. Provide end to end administrative support for events, such as birthday party, annual party, team building and others.
-Any other job assigned by the supervisor.
- Bachelor's degree or above;
- Good communication and organization skills;
- Proactive attitude, people oriented, customer sense;
- Good English both in oral and written;
- Good MS office skill;
- Willing to learn new things.
