Looking for a strong Senior Tech Analyst to join Technology Team supporting Wholesale Corporate Trust Services Strategic and Transformation Initiatives. The individual will work within scrum teams supporting  application enhancements to translate complex business epics and user stories into technical functional design documentation which may include data mapping, data analysis, UI design, UML, mock up creation. This role also acts as liaison between the Corporate Trust Services line of business area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. This role will provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. 

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes
  • Prepares specifications for system changes
  • Recommends and initiates systems testing
  • Acts as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies
  • Provides direction and guidance to less experienced staff


Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
  • 5+ years of Agile experience
  • 5+ years of SQL experience
  • 4+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
  • 5 + years of experience writing Functional Specifications Documents (FSD's)



Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment



Other Desired Qualifications
  • Ability to write user stories and technical stories
  • 1+ years of experience in writing web service specifications




Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

MN-Minneapolis: Min: $80,500 Mid: $115,000
NC-Charlotte: Min: $80,500 Mid: $115,000
AZ-Chandler: Min: $80,500 Mid: $115,000
