The Systems Support Consultant will be part of the Technology Servicing, Accounting & Specialty Lending Technology team supporting Commercial Loan Accounting – Automated Financial Systems (AFS). The AFS team partners across the Wells Fargo enterprise and supports the Wells Fargo vision with key priorities and a commitment to customers through ensuring controls, compliance, well designed and implemented processes that exceed Wells Fargo customer's expectations and directly enable them to succeed financially. The AFS team will ensure that processes are defined and matured, appropriately governed and communication across stakeholder groups is well managed.
The ideal candidate is a self-directed, motivated and creative professional who possesses excellent communication skills and is capable of building relationships across various technology teams to deliver on communication and coordination needs across the Technology process groups. The candidate will have the ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities with responsibilities varying from but not limited to tracking and reporting on status and work efforts; updating documents, researching and tracking audit requests; maintaining SharePoint sites; developing meetings agendas, coordinating meetings and taking minutes, tracking action items and follow up on open items. May also coordinate project resources and provide guidance to less experienced analysts.
This role will also be involved in capacity planning, application process management, health check review, and all items that fall under system support; BCP, Safety and Soundness requirements, Internal and External Audit requests, Data Lineage, Security, and PBL. Plan enterprise test strategies, work with application system engineers to test and validate hardware/software changes and learn the Oracle and Mainframe environment structure. The candidate should possess Microsoft suite skills and SharePoint skills and be a team player.
Responsible for supporting and executing on a variety of programs, services and initiatives. Participates in the integration/implementation of programs/services/initiatives with functional business partners.
Other Desired Qualifications
• 2+ years’ experience in large scale banking applications, preferably Loan Accounting
• A BS/BA degree or higher
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
• Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
• Knowledge and understanding of testing, validation and command center
• Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
• Ability to quickly and accurately execute tactical deliverables
• Knowledge of enterprise standards regarding BCP, Audit and Risk mitigation
Knowledge and Technical understanding of Mainframe and Client Server Systems.
• Knowledge of JIRA (issue tracking).
• Knowledge of and using GitHub and uDeploy Enterprise application tools.
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
