Wells Fargo’s emphasis on technology has never been greater.  This is an exciting System Support Analyst position over fast-paced, cutting-edge work within the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Platform Management organization. ECM plays an important foundational role enabling and transforming the business.  As a support analyst within ECM Platform Management you will be responsible for providing leadership to technical systems support projects within a technology organization. Duties are varied and may include one or more of the following: participates in the development of technical support strategies and plans; acts as an internal consultant regarding use of tools and process re-engineering to improve delivery, support and governance process execution; provides technical expertise for technical issues and initiatives
related to large-scale applications, systems, databases and/or other technical products and services; oversees
the creation of diagnostic, simulation and other tools to maintain, troubleshoot and/or restore service or data to
systems; leads support projects and migrations from development to production, upgrades, installations and/or
configurations; leads efforts to troubleshoot network, hardware and software issues and coordinates resolution
with users, vendors and internal service groups; assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met
for supported areas; oversees creation of or updates to and testing of the business continuation plan; provides
direction or guidance to less experienced staff.: 7+ years systems development, support and analysis experience.
 
This position will be in the ECM COE Platform Management - Build & Deploy team. This role will
support ECM COE Delivery teams to deploy and validate application changes in all environments, including the
following responsibilities: - 
 - Oversight & execution of deployment activities for ECM COE applications, 
-  ensuring all components are deployed consistently through all of the environments defined in the Development Life
Cycle. 
- Issue Resolution - Drive group discussions about issues identified prior to, and after a deployment. Deployment (CI/CD), Release management and will work on building delivery system to cover all ECM applications
- Troubleshooting complex environment issues in a distributed environment. 
- Validation 
- Perform Smoke Testing on deployed code/configurations to ensure success of deployment. 
- Document deployment events and issues. 

Must be able to manage multiple concurrent projects or deliverables across environments and be agile to changing priorities. Communication, - Well verse with Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) tools and processes, Release management and change management practices.
-Strong written and oral communication skills. Documentation 
– Experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) required, Collaboration Tools set - Atlassian, JIRA, Confluence, Fisheye etc.
- Familiar with Operating systems - Windows, Unix, Linux and other infrastructure aspects.
- Scripting - Unix Scripting - pythons etc.
- Certificates Management, etc.

Experience working with the Wells Fargo Change Management and SDLC processes. Experience with Enterprise Content Management applications (IBM FileNet, Capture, OpenText, Documentum, SOA based systems etc.), Experience with Automated Deployment Tools, including Urban Code Development – uDeploy.

- Design and develop test automation based on business use cases and nonfunctional requirements, design and develop CI pipelines with Jenkins, uDeploy and many other DevOps tools. 
- can address outstanding application migration tasks related to (BAR) Build and Release, Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD), Release management and will work on building delivery system to cover all ECM applications

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of systems support analysis experience
  • 3+ years of environment test coordination, code deployment, release management and communication experience
  • 5 + years of experience developing or supporting IT Service Management solutions (e.g. Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management and Configuration Management)
  • 3 + years of experience troubleshooting environments across the entire architecture (i.e. applications to infrastructure)



Desired Qualifications

  • 3+ years of JIRA experience
  • 4+ years of distributed servers platform experience
  • 5+ years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tools
  • 3 + years of experience developing or supporting IT Service Management solutions
