About the Job

  • Provide daily support to internal leaders in Hong Kong Office
  • Log and track ticket in OneTools platform by following daily operation process
  • Manage IT request or support requirement for internal events in Hong Kong / APAC region
  • Manage communication with internal customers for service change or outage if any
  • Proactively identify and improve current service gaps that affects leaders' productivity or experience
  • Proactively share insights, propose improvement plan and follow through the actions
  • Be a member of global IT Support community and partner with the rest for global network
  • Fulfill other ad-hoc request from management / corporate requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent - Good English communication skill in both verbal and written
  • Willing to help others / Customer mindset
  • Ability to communicate with executives and establish the trust
  • Familiar with PC hardware / iOS / Android mobile / Office applications, etc
  • Passionate and Demonstrated problem solving capability
  • Proved IT support experience (3 years+) is preferred
  • Any IT related certification is a plus, especially ITIL / ITSM
  • Cantonese or Mandarin speaking is a plus
